Teal's pricing page describes an all-in-one job-search suite: an AI resume builder with templates and design mode, unlimited job tracking, email templates, a networking CRM, and an application autofill. Its free tier is genuinely large. inteller.ai does not build resumes. It takes the resume you already have, checks the posting for ghost-job and scam patterns, and reports which stated requirements you have not demonstrated, with the resume line cited for each one you have.

Where inteller.ai is better
- The posting is checked before your resume is. Teal's pricing page lists no ghost-job or scam detection.
- Gaps, not keywords: each requirement is classified covered, partial, or missing, with the resume line quoted as evidence and invented quotes demoted.
- Price for the analysis: Pro is $19 a month against $29 per 30 days, and our weekly price is $5.99 against $13.
- We publish what the score cannot tell you. Teal's page does not.

Choose Teal if
You need to build or restyle a resume from scratch, you want a free tracker for a long search, and application volume matters more to you than vetting each posting.
Choose inteller.ai if
You already have a resume you are happy with, you want to know whether a posting is real before you spend time on it, and you want the specific requirements you have not evidenced.
What neither product can know
Neither Teal nor inteller.ai can see inside an employer’s applicant tracking system, verify that a company intends to fill a role, or predict whether you will get an interview. A match percentage from either of us is a model of the posting’s text. We list our own limits in full on the methodology page.
Questions people ask
Does Teal check whether a job is a ghost job?
Its pricing page as of September 2026 lists no ghost-job or scam detection. Teal is a resume builder and tracker; vetting the posting is not part of what it sells.
Can I use both?
Yes, and some people should. Build in Teal, then paste the posting and the finished resume into inteller.ai to check the job and see the requirement gaps. Neither product locks the other out.
Can either tool tell me my real ATS score?
Neither product can see inside an employer's applicant tracking system, verify that a company intends to hire, or predict whether you will get an interview. Any match percentage from either of us is a model of the posting's text, not a measurement of a real ATS.
