Terms of Service

Inteller is a job application intelligence platform operated by SKC Digital, Inc. We help you evaluate job postings, score resume fit, tailor resumes, and track applications. We are not an employment agency, recruiter, or auto-apply service.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Inteller.

• Inteller offers Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly).
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. Contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
• After the 14-day window, partial refunds are not provided for unused time.

You agree not to:

• Use Inteller to submit fraudulent job applications.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract our algorithms or data.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Circumvent usage limits or tier restrictions.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Use automated tools to interact with Inteller beyond normal use.

• You own your resumes, job descriptions, and any content you upload.
• You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service (analysis, scoring, tailoring).
• We do not claim ownership of your content and will never sell it.
• AI-generated content (tailored resumes, cover letters) is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy before use.

• Inteller uses AI to analyze jobs and generate content. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• AI-tailored resumes and cover letters are suggestions, not guarantees of employment outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any resume or application you submit to employers.
• Fraud detection and ghost job analysis are best-effort indicators, not certainties.

Inteller is provided "as is." We do our best to provide accurate analysis, but we cannot guarantee employment outcomes, the accuracy of fraud detection, or uninterrupted service. SKC Digital, Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Inteller, including lost job opportunities, inaccurate AI output, or service interruptions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the state where SKC Digital, Inc. is incorporated.
