Terms of Service

inteller.ai is a job application intelligence platform operated by SKC Digital, Inc., a company incorporated in the United States. We help you evaluate job postings, score resume fit, tailor resumes, and track applications. We are not an employment agency, recruiter, or auto-apply service. We do not guarantee employment outcomes.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use inteller.ai.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

• inteller.ai offers Free, Pro ($19/month or $5.99/week), and Premium ($39/month or $11.99/week) tiers. Paid plans are billed through Stripe.
• All prices are in USD. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly or monthly). You will be charged at the then-current rate.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing, or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first monthly paid subscription. Contact us at contact@skc.digital within 14 days for a full refund.
• After the 14-day window, refunds are not provided for unused time on monthly plans. Weekly plans are not eligible for the money-back guarantee due to their short billing cycle.
• If a payment fails, your subscription enters a grace period. If payment is not resolved, your account is downgraded to the Free tier.
• We reserve the right to offer promotional pricing, discounts, or coupons at our discretion. These do not modify the terms for existing subscribers.

• The Free tier includes 3 scans per month and 1 resume. Layer 1 analysis only (ATS scoring and basic fraud check).
• Usage limits are enforced server-side and reset monthly. Attempting to circumvent limits (multiple accounts, API manipulation) is a violation of these terms.
• We reserve the right to modify Free tier limits with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use inteller.ai to submit fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated job applications.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our algorithms, scoring models, or data.
• Share your account credentials with others or operate multiple accounts.
• Circumvent usage limits, tier restrictions, or rate limiting through any means.
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with inteller.ai beyond normal browser use.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the inteller.ai service or its output.
• Use inteller.ai to build a competing product or for competitive analysis.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to inteller.ai.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

• You own your resumes, job descriptions, and any content you upload. inteller.ai claims no ownership of your content.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service (analysis, scoring, tailoring, storage). This license terminates when you delete your content or account.
• You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
• We will never sell, share, or distribute your content to third parties, employers, or recruiters.
• AI-generated content (tailored resumes, cover letters, follow-up drafts) is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying accuracy before submitting to employers.

• inteller.ai uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to analyze job descriptions and generate content. AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.
• AI-tailored resumes and cover letters are suggestions only — not professional career advice and not guarantees of employment outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any resume, cover letter, or application you submit to employers. Do not submit AI-generated content without reviewing it.
• Fraud detection, ghost job analysis, and scam indicators are best-effort signals based on pattern matching, not definitive determinations. A "safe" rating does not guarantee a posting is legitimate. A "risky" rating does not guarantee it is fraudulent.
• ATS scores are estimates based on keyword matching and our proprietary algorithms. Actual applicant tracking systems vary by employer and may produce different results.
• inteller.ai does not provide legal, financial, or employment advice. Our analysis is informational only.

• inteller.ai, its design, algorithms, scoring models, fraud detection patterns, and all related intellectual property are owned by SKC Digital, Inc.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of inteller.ai without our written permission.
• The inteller.ai name, logo, and branding are trademarks of SKC Digital, Inc.
• We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on inteller.ai infringes your rights, contact us at contact@skc.digital.

INTELLER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Fraud detection or ghost job analysis will identify all fraudulent or inactive postings.
• Using inteller.ai will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.
• ATS scores will reflect the actual scoring of any employer's applicant tracking system.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKC Digital, Inc. and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost job opportunities or employment outcomes.
• Inaccurate AI output, scoring, or fraud detection results.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss.
• Actions taken based on inteller.ai's analysis or recommendations.
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to inteller.ai in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SKC Digital, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of inteller.ai, (b) your violation of these terms, (c) your violation of any third party's rights, or (d) content you submit to inteller.ai.

• We hope to resolve any issues informally first. Please contact us at contact@skc.digital before initiating formal proceedings.
• If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• Arbitration will be conducted in English, on an individual basis. You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
• Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for violations of intellectual property rights or acceptable use terms.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Privacy & Data.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
• On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including: Intellectual Property, Warranty Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Dispute Resolution.

inteller.ai integrates with third-party services (Stripe for payments, Anthropic for AI, Google for analytics, Supabase for data storage). These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of these services through inteller.ai is subject to their respective terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the effective date.

• Entire agreement — these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SKC Digital, Inc. regarding use of inteller.ai.
• Severability — if any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• No waiver — failure to enforce any term does not constitute a waiver of that term.
• Assignment — you may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign our rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
• Force majeure — we are not liable for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government actions, or pandemics.
